This Year's Highlights

  • Transforming Preconceptions: The 2nd Care Food Cooking Competition aimed to transform the general preconceptions about the diets of individuals with dysphagia.

  • Nurturing the Next Generation of Chefs: Facing the challenges posed by the pandemic, once again collaborating with VTC International Culinary Institute, culinary students are the target participants to address the industry's shortage of skilled manpower.
