The Hong Kong Council of Social Service collaborated with the Food Research Centre of the CUHK and the Swallowing Research Laboratory of the HKU to develop a unified Guideline of Care Food Standard. Based on the IDDSI, the guidelines incorporate scientifically derived data, local terminology, and cooking methods for various foods.
