Introduction:
Mr. Chen Bonan is the former president of the Hong Kong Food Technology Association and currently serves as a part-time lecturer in the Master of Food Management and Marketing program at the University of Hong Kong.
He is also the partial author of "Handbook of Food Chemistry" published by Springer, Germany.
