菜式 : 跨「越」時光咖喱雞(期望達至等級7EC)
食物及配料:
- 雞肉 1/2隻
- 芋頭 1/4 個
- 紅蘿蔔 1/2 條
- 洋蔥 1/4 個
- 蕃茄 4小個
- 蒜頭 3粒
- 青椒 1條
- 紅蔥頭 1粒
- 西蘭花 1/4個
- 土豆 1.5個
調味料及醬汁:
- 咖喱汁 1/2包
- 椰汁1/2 盒
- 糖 少量
- 鹽 少量
- 水 適量
- 油 少量
烹調方法:
1. 雞肉洗好,起骨,切細塊,弄乾。
2. 芋頭、土豆、洋蔥、紅蘿蔔分別去皮洗好,切細塊,炒鍋下油煎香。
3. 準備一煲水將西蘭花煮成變軟。
4. 紅蔥頭、蒜頭切片,下油爆香,加入雞塊再炒至香氣散發出來。
5. 加入咖喱汁,以慢火煮5分鐘不斷拌勻。
6. 轉以瓦煲煮,加入水,煮滾後以中火燜最少15分鐘至淋身。
7. 加入切細塊的紅蘿蔔、芋頭,燜至淋身。
8. 加入切細塊的洋蔥、蕃茄、青椒、土豆,拌勻1分鐘。
9. 加入 西蘭花、椰汁、糖、鹽,試味合適後,便可熄火上碟。

- Cherry tomatoes 4 Pcs
- Garlic 3 Pcs
- Green pepper 1 Pc
- Shallot 1 Pc
- Broccoli 1/4 Pcs
- Potatoes 1.5 pcs
Seasoning and Sauce:
- Curry sauce 1/2 Pack
- Coconut milk 1/2 Box
- Sugar A little
- Salt A little
- Water Appropriate amount
- Oil A little
Cooking Method:
1. Wash the chicken, remove the bones, cut into fine pieces and dry
2. Peel and wash the taro, potatoes, onions, and carrots respectively, cut into fine pieces, and fry in oil until fragrant
3. Prepare a pot of water and cook the broccoli until soft
4. Slice the shallots and garlic, add oil and fry until fragrant, add the chicken pieces and stir-fry until the fragrant
5. Add the curry sauce and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly
6. Turn to clay pot and cook, add water, bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat for at least 15 minutes until cooked through
7. Add finely chopped carrots and taro and simmer until soaked
8. Add finely chopped onions, tomatoes, green peppers, and potatoes and mix well for 1 minute
9. Add broccoli, coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Once the taste is right, turn off the heat and serve
