Seasonal climate changes will have varying degrees of impact on the human body. Paying attention to the diet in each season and choosing suitable ingredients to cook care foods can bring spleen benefits to people with dysphagia.

 

The "Taste and Know Food at the Right Time" workshop invited Mr. Liu Jinwei, professional consultant (honorary) and concurrent tutor (clinical) of the Institute of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, to share the causes, symptoms and treatment methods of dysphagia from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine. He will also introduce suitable Four-season health care food ingredients for people with dysphagia to improve their quality of life.
