The Gerontech Expo and Summit has a "Healthy Food Theme Pavilion", with eight organizations and companies from Europe, Japan and Hong Kong participating in the exhibition, providing the elderly and people with dysphagia with various types of food that are full of color, flavor and taste. Food tasting and cooking demonstrations are provided to improve their quality of life.
