Care Food Cooking Competition 2021
This Year's Highlights
-
Mentor-Apprentice Pairing: In this year's competition, a mentor-apprentice system was introduced for the first time. In-service chefs and apprentices were paired to form teams for the competition, aiming to achieve culinary heritage and mutual learning.
-
Rising Star Programme: Designed for a group of apprentices, this training programme offers a series of online and in-person workshops that combine practical skills and theoretical knowledge. Its goal is to enhance the professional skills of apprentices, boost their employability, and prepare them to tackle the challenges posed by societal ageing issues.
