黑芝麻花生湯圓 (14粒)

 

材料:

軟餐粥粉 40克
飲品增稠劑 9克
黑芝麻粉/醬 1湯匙
花生粉/醬 1湯匙
糖 2茶匙
片糖 40克 (1/2片)
薑 7克 (2片)
水 適量

做法
花生餡料

  1. 準備30毫升水
  2. 把水加入花生粉/醬,並拌入1.5克飲品增稠劑,待用

 

黑芝麻餡料

  1. 準備30毫升水
  2. 把水加入黑芝麻粉/醬中,並拌入1.5克飲品增稠劑,待用

 

薑汁糖水

  1. 煲滾500毫升熟水,並加入薑片及片糖,煮至片糖溶入水中
  2. 隔走薑片,加入6克飲品增稠劑於200毫升薑汁糖水中,待用

 

製作湯圓

  1. 加入240毫升(80度以上)的熱水於40克軟餐粥粉
  2. 攪拌至均勻
  3. 把一半軟餐粥粉混合物加入圓型冰粒模中
  4. 放置半茶匙花生/黑芝麻餡料於軟餐粥粉混合物上
  5. 再放置另一半軟餐粥粉混合物於餡料上,並裝滿冰粒模
  6. 放上冰粒模蓋,並按壓 (跟製作冰粒的步驟一樣)
  7. 把冰柆模放置雪櫃中,冷藏20分鐘
  8. 取出冰粒模,把湯圓取出,把湯圓放入已增稠的薑汁糖水中並微微加熱
  9. 上碗完成

Black sesame peanut glutinous rice balls

 

Material:

Congee powder 40g

Beverage Thickener 9g

Black sesame paste/sauce 1 tbsp

Peanut powder/paste 1 tbpn

Sugar 2 tsp

Slab sugar 40g (1/2 piece)

7g ginger (2 slices)

Water appropriate amount

 

Nutritional information (Nutritional value is based on 7 capsules per person)

Energy: 241 calories

Carbohydrates: 44 grams

Protein: 3.3 grams

Fat: 5.8 grams

Dietary fiber: 3.2 grams

 

Procedures:

1.peanut filling

Prepare 30 ml of water

Add water to peanut powder/paste, and mix in 1.5 grams of drink thickener, set aside

 

2. black sesame filling

Prepare 30 ml of water

Add water to black sesame powder/sauce, and mix in 1.5 grams of drink thickener, set aside

 

3. Ginger syrup

Boil 500 ml of cooked water, add ginger slices and slab sugar, and cook until the slab sugar dissolves in the water

Filter the ginger slices, add 6 grams of drink thickener to 200 ml of ginger syrup, and set aside the mixyure.

 

4. Making sticky rice balls

Add 240 ml (above 80 degrees) hot water to 40 grams of congee powder

Stir until mixed well

Add half of the congee powder mixture into the round ice cube mould

Place half a teaspoon of peanut/black sesame filling on top of the congee powder mixture

Then place the other half of the congee powder mixture on top of the filling and fill the ice cube mold

Place the lid on the ice cube mold and press (same steps as making ice cubes)

Place the ice cube mould in the refrigerator and refrigerate for 20 minutes

Take out the ice cube mould, take out the sticky rice balls, put the glutinous rice balls into the thickened ginger syrup and heat it slightly

Finished serving the bowl

The portion size of ingredients can be adjusted based on actual usage

Use monk fruit sugar or stevia sugar to replace slab sugar and some tablet sugar:

- Reduce caloric intake, suitable for people with weight control

- Reduce the effects on blood sugar, suitable for people who are concerned about blood glucose
