The Project Futurus

1. 訂單一經提交 ，代表顧客已仔細閱讀、理解及同意下列所有條款。

2. 為保障本公司及顧客雙方的權益，及希望顧客能享有良好的購物體驗，如顧客對下列條款有任何不明白、不理解或不同意的地方，請下單前向客服人員查詢。請顧客在已仔細閱讀、理解及同意下列所有條款的情況下，再進行下單及購買。

3. 所有訂單一經確認，除非是產品品質出現問題，否則恕不接受修改訂單、退貨及退款。

4. 若收到瑕疵商品或錯誤商品，請於簽收商品 48 小時內(以派遞公司的收派記錄為準) 與客服聯絡，並提供訂單編號，以便我們跟進及紀錄。我們將盡快為您處理，如有逾期狀況恕不受理。

5. 任何更換之貨品只限更換相同型號、顏色及尺寸的貨品，且不設退款。換貨引起的運費由本公司承擔。

6. 退貨商品狀態必須為全新、無破損或污漬、未下過水、未拆吊牌(如有)、連同所有配件(如有)、包裝完好、不附有香水/香煙/體味/洗衣液之類的附加味道。

7. 退回的商品若非全新狀態、經人為或疏忽損壞、經擅自改動或修理將不獲受理，閣下可到我們指定地點取回不獲受理之商品。

8. 圖片只供參考。商品顏色或會因顯示器螢幕設定有所不同，商品圖案或會因剪裁時有少許差異，一切以實物為準。

2. Once an order is confirmed, modifications, returns, and refunds will not be accepted unless there is a quality issue with the product.

3. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product (based on the delivery company's records) and provide your order number for follow-up and documentation. We will handle your request as soon as possible, and any late requests will not be accepted.

4. Any exchanged items are limited to the same model, color, and size, and refunds will not be issued. The company will bear the shipping costs incurred for exchanges.

5.  Returned items must be in brand new condition, undamaged or stained, unworn, with tags (if applicable) intact, and include all accessories (if any), with packaging intact, and free from any added scents such as perfume, smoke, body odor, or laundry detergent.

6. Returned products that are not in brand new condition, have been damaged due to human error or negligence, or have been altered or repaired without authorization will not be accepted. You may collect the unaccepted items from our designated location.

7. Images are for reference only. The color of the product may vary due to display settings on different monitors, and the pattern of the product may have slight differences due to cutting. All items are subject to the actual product.

8.  The Project Futurus reserves the final right to interpret and define whether the returned products meet the return conditions.
